Shipping Policy:

We offer free delivery From Shute Harbour to Proserpine at our discretion and your request needs to be specified, otherwise we will assume that you will be collecting your order from our store. 

Collection of your order is available Monday to Friday during business hours 10am-4pm from Cartridge Universe Whitsunday 8/37 Stewart Drive in Cannonvale QLD 4802.

Orders outside of our personal delivery area are shipped via Australia Post, unless stated otherwise. A tracking number will be provided.

Orders to the Whitsunday Islands are sent via Ferry. It is your responsibility to collect your order from the ferry terminal.

All orders are checked prior to leaving our store to ensure they are undamaged and in working condition. Any goods arriving damaged or broken needs to be discussed with the courier.
