We’re located at Shop 8/37 Stewart Drive, Cannonvale, Queensland 4802, Australia.
What are your store hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. We’re closed on weekends and public holidays.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free business delivery from Shute Harbour to Proserpine, subject to availability. Just request it when placing your order. Otherwise, we’ll assume you’ll collect in store.
Do you deliver to the Whitsunday Islands?
Yes, we can send orders to the Whitsunday Islands via ferry. You’ll need to collect your items from the ferry terminal.
What printing services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of in-store printing services including:
- A4, A5, and A3 Colour Printing
- A4, A5, and A3 Mono (Black & White) Printing
- Binding (A4 and A5)
- Laminating (A4, A5, A3 sizes)
- Document Scanning to Email or USB
Whether you need flyers, posters, reports, or presentations, we can help.
Do you take special print orders?
Yes, we can help with custom or special print jobs. Contact us directly or visit in store to discuss your needs.
What products do you sell?
We stock a large range of:
Printers: A4 inkjets, mono laser, and colour laser multifunction printers
Ink and Toners: Ink cartridges, laser printer consumables, and ribbon cartridges
Printer Paper & Labels: Printer paper, labels, Eftpos thermal rolls, and POS rolls
We also stock printer accessories and school supplies.
Which printer brands do you stock?
We carry popular and trusted brands including Brother, Canon, Epson, Oki, and Kyocera.
Can you help me choose the right printer?
Absolutely. Our team can help match you with the right printer based on your home or business needs. Just visit us in store or give us a call.
What if I buy the wrong cartridge?
If the cartridge is unused and still in its original packaging, you can return it within 3 months of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies.
What is your return policy on printers?
If the printer is not faulty and still in new condition, you can return it within 1 week of purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies.
What if my printer or cartridge is faulty?
We inspect all products before issuing a refund or replacement. We may need to liaise with the manufacturer to assess faults.
Do firmware updates affect compatible cartridges?
Yes, firmware updates can block compatible, refilled, or remanufactured cartridges. We recommend disabling automatic updates on your printer to avoid issues.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods in store and online, including credit cards and EFTPOS.
